PureHit is an informational app that publishes cricket-match predictions and live commentary derived from statistical models. The app is provided free of charge and is intended for entertainment and analytical use only.
Predictions shown in the app, including probability percentages, confidence bands, and over/under suggestions, are statistical outputs. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any kind. You should never wager money based solely on what the app says. We are not responsible for any losses or decisions you make as a result of using the app.
We work to keep predictions and scores accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any information shown is correct, complete, or up-to-date. Live data may be delayed or interrupted. Models may be wrong. The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.

The app does not require an account. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time, including introducing paid features in future versions. Existing free functionality may also change or be removed; we will surface notable changes inside the app where reasonably possible.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the app, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the app, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
